We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from CAMPassion.

Return Window Returns are accepted within 20 days of the delivery date.

Conditions

• Item must be unused and in its original packaging
• Item must not show signs of use, damage or wear
• Original receipt or proof of purchase required

Inflatable Products Inflatable products cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened, for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 working days.

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us on WhatsApp immediately and we will resolve it at no cost to you.
